By purchasing or using a RentReady Illinois Tenant Screening Report, you agree that the report may include credit, criminal (as permitted by law), eviction, income, and identity information sourced from FCRA-compliant agencies. Reports are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and display a clear expiration date.

Submission of a report does not guarantee approval. Landlords and brokers apply their own lawful screening criteria and make all final decisions.

By sharing your report, you certify that your information is accurate and that no material changes have occurred since issuance.

Reports are yours to provide to landlords via secure access emailed directly to you for download. RentReady Illinois provides screening reports only and does not make rental decisions or act as a landlord, broker, or legal advisor. All compliance obligations remain with the landlord or broker.

All fees are non-refundable once a report has been generated, except as required by law.
